What to have ready
- Year, make and model
- What the car is doing: the noise, the light or the message on the dash
- Where it's parked: driveway, apartment lot, office or roadside
- A gate code or space number, if there is one

What happens after I book?
You'll get a confirmation of your booking, and we'll get in touch if we need anything else, like a gate code or the exact parking spot.
Do I need to be there?
Not for the whole job. Plenty of people hand over the keys and carry on with their day. We'll call before anything changes the price.
What if I'm not sure what I need?
Book a diagnostic, or send a quote request describing what the car is doing. Either works.
Can I book for today?
Often, yes. If you're stranded right now, call instead of booking. It's faster.
In a hurry?
If the car won't start and you're stuck somewhere, don't use the booking form. Call, and we'll tell you straight what we can do.
